Bitejacker Update & Strategy Guide

Thanks to all the feedback given to us over Facebook, Kongregate, Newgrounds and of course, the latest episode of Bytejacker. I think some interesting points were brought up, both in terms of game design issues and bugs report.
We've done some minor tweaks and solved some of the bugs mentioned, so if you were having problems before, you might want to give it another go. And if it's still tough for you, John B from mochi wrote a really detail strategy guide to help you out.
Anyway, here's a list of what you said, and what was fixed (or not).
Game was too hard (forgive me Joe Larson)
- We've lowered amount of cash needed to continue to $6000
- We've lowered the attack of the usual zombie
- Some players actually complained that the game was too easy, but I think it's really about knowing the game.
Shotgun was too weak
- No change, unfortunately - The shotgun is probably much stronger than you think. Just don't get trigger happy with it. Lure them to a group, and kill them in bulk. It's an orgasmic sensation.
Blood in my eye
- Some players were complaining about how the blood blocks their view when fighting against the Dead Meat. This is really a homage to Super Meat Boy, who leaves blood stain everywhere he goes. Blood was his thing, and we really wanted that in the game. If you're unfamilar with Super Meat Boy (shame on you), you have to check it out, like now.
Kill Streak
- Maximum killstreak is now limited to 999. I know you guys are awesome, but we really didn't expect anyone that hit that. Well, it turn out many of you did, and went as far a 2000 killstreak. What is wrong with you people!?
Unlocking Weapons
- Unlocking requirement for all weapons in the shop has been largely reduced.
Progress Book
- Graphical bugs solved
Lag
- We've push to reduce the lag further, though it might still hurt for some. If you're still having problem with this, make sure you close other tabs and windows before running the game, especially those with other flash application running.
Hopefully, with all these fixed, more people can now enjoy the game a little better. I'm looking to work on a "post-mortem" soon, where with I'll discuss more, not just about the game play, but production aspect too. Mainly a big article to give ourself lots of excuse why we don't sucks. Cheers :)
